This place has very limited space and due to high demand of customer they need to increase the No of staff as they are Lil hassle with service
Great service and friendly approach by Saniya and the team. Love the smiles and happiness that they share in the hospital environment. And the extra care Saniya shows of knowing the customers, and asking them if they were happy with the order and the drinks.
It is a very nice place to go for coffee and good snacks. They have a really good variety of coffee and snacks. Must try their red velvet cake. The service is overall good and quick. A good place to visit with family, friend, colleagues, meeting. Good ambiance too.
The outlet is inside Kokilaben hospital hence after 7PM it would be difficult for someone to visit it and generally only people from hospital (Either patients relatives or staff) visit it after 7PM. The ambience is great, plus its well maintained. The staff over there is really generous and friendly as well.
I m a fan of Starbucks but here had an experience below average Very small outlet but something better than nothing first time gave low ratings specifically to this outlet quality of coffee and other snacks is just below average they really need to improve their barista and quality of coffee just an advice
Impeccable service by Saniya, Faizal, Pritam, and others who's name I forget. Truly the best Starbucks in Bombay! The service makes such a huge difference. 5 Stars for the staff here, this alone makes this place bearable. Otherwise the shallow ceiling, harsh yellow lights are bad design. Also, food options are often limited.
