Spacious and comfortable Starbucks outlet on Mumbai Bangalore highway. Good service, very clean and well maintained washroom. Could be a nice coffee and snacks break while coming to Pune, Mumbai or going to Bangalore.

Ambience- 4/5 Spacious area with indoor and outdoor seating and a beautiful ambience, good lighting and peaceful environment. Great environment for work and casual dining. Staff -4/5 Staff is friendly and welcoming. Prompt service and overall good customer service and communication. Food - 3/5. Egg Chicken sandwich It was full of protein and very filling. It is a treat for meat lovers. It had a great spicy sauce as well. Although the quantity of the sauce was very less and could have been more. That would have make it more tasty. They serve it hot and make sure you enjoyed your time there.

Starbucks Kolhapur What a warm welcome we got And Akanksha has invented a new coffee drink, the chocolate mouse drink with a twist of hazelnut and she even made it sugar free for us. Very neat and clean and hygienic washrooms. The staff was very kind and sweet and welcoming. Full stars to them.. I like how they call each other 'partner' full starts to them. If u want to take a break from a long journey this is the place to get refreshed and get back on the way

If you know your coffee then you will have a good time. I chose flat white with no added flavour. It was not at all good. My recommendation is to add flavours to your coffee and have a talk with the barista before going ahead with your order. Sometimes you can get lucky and the barista will ask for a testing session. You will be offered free coffee for exchange of your time. Other than that the atmosphere is excellent.

Kolhapur finally has STARBUCKS! So happy It has Beautiful ambience. Cooperative and experienced humble staff. Clean place. They played a soothing music. The staff celebrated my birthday when they knew it was on the same day. You can get a tall free(not the featured ones) drink of your choice in your birthday month. Need to show proof like driving licence or aadhaar card where your birthday month is mentioned. I ordered iced mocha and strawberry almond cake. Cake was delicious. All the staff was friendly.

First it was just the happiness of seeing MC Donald's on the Kolhapur highway but now it's double bonanza with Starbucks too. Located just below Greecania ice cream factory easy to spot. Friendly staff Parking is available

As a regular customer of Starbucks & Starbucks Kolhapur there is no doubt that this store is the worst store I have visited so far . The quality of food and drink is not great or below average , they one once gave me very stale chocolate shake . Even after changing the drink for many times the drink was still tasted very stale only to find that they had put nearing expiry date milk in it. The staff behaviour is very bad, awful I.e. they don't know how to talk to customer and handle any situation in any given time and they see customer as a Paypig & they sell you most expensive drink . Staff is very rude and not welcome and they often treat the customer differently or judge them accordingly. The entire store employees is always thinking about generating more revenue & Fail Miserably because they do not know how to talk to customer or even take the feedback from the customer. They also do not fulfill the special demand like giving extra JavaChips , etc as they are afraid to lose some revenue . Some employees Best and do their work accordingly . I am vastly disappointed with this type of pathetic condition of this store in Kolhapur and popular brand like Starbucks. Overall Very Bad experience but one can try if you are curious about how bad Starbucks can get
