The staff is really what has me coming back! The decor throughout was lovely, clean and well maintained. Lady at the counter was really sweet and made a perfect Caramel Java Chip Frappuccino blended with less ice coupled with a Dutch Truffle Gateau. The ambience is work friendly.
This Starbucks outlet is comparatively smaller than the other ones that are present in Pune, but the atmosphere is on par with the Starbucks coffee standards. There is also a small sitout area available. The menu does not have all the menu items that are present in the other Starbucks outlets, but the coffe served was excellent and the staff was very friendly as well. Overall a great experience.
I may be wrong but this was the only starbucks with people enjoying each other's company with a cup of coffee and no laptops around. Service was excellent and quick and they know how to take care of their tiny customers (my son). Hot cup of coffee with a blueberry muffin on a lovely day.

I neither hate it nor do i love it. Is it spacious? yes. Are the drinks good? I've had better. Placed an order through the app, had to go inside and remind them I've placed an order. After which they forgot to make the order ended up going again to remind the entire process was 40mins long in order to receive a drink. Should also have a smoking zone outside. A little maintenance is needed as the humidifier fan spit water all over my electronics kept on the side chair which i noticed later (thank God it's water proof). Pretty unimpressed considering its a Starbucks.
