The most crowded Starbucks in Kochi is this one. Even then, the service is good, offering the greatest hot chocolate and coffee in the area. We choose a frappe with crushed cookies and hot cocoa. As usual, the hot chocolate had a fantastic flavor. The monsoon special drink frappe, however, was simply mediocre. The staff was really welcoming and took our picture by approaching us.

I personally feels that Starbucks are overrated. Yeah I agree it was tasty but not price worthy. It's luxurious. If you are looking for coffee in low budget I will never ever suggest Starbucks. But if u wanna experience the brand then u should. I've tried their choco chip and caramel Frappuccino, I liked caramel more than chocochip. Because I don't like dark chocolate intense taste.

Visited the place last year in December. It was heavily crowded and had a wait in a queue to bill the order. It's all about experiencing a brand nothing else.

I ordered the Java Chip Frappuccino and Belgium Chocolate Java Frappuccino. Unfortunately, I was disappointed with both drinks. They didn't taste particularly good, and I didn't feel like I got my money's worth. In fact, I found the prices to be quite steep for what I received. To make matters worse, the service was only average. While the staff members were polite, they didn't go out of their way to make the experience special or enjoyable. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this based on my experience. The drinks weren't up to par, the prices were too high, and the service was only average. There are plenty of other coffee shops in the area that offer better value for your money and a more enjoyable experience.

Worst experience have. We asked for cold coffee with different flavour but the service boy by mistakenly he made a hot coffee and we said that we need a cold one then what he do he just put a ice in the coffee and he gave it back to us within a second the taste of the coffee is not good its feel he mixed sugar in water. we got to know that they have put the ice and that make it the cold we have paid almost 2000 for only three coffee and it was a worst experience we have with the Starbucks in LuLu Mall. I recommend not to visit because they made the customer fool with making anything and services worst coffee to the customer.

After a long break we have visited the Starbucks, nice deco,cool staffs , clean place and more over tasty beverages. Kids loved the chocolate clair and butter croissant. Sb milkshake awsome and as usual coffee. If you are a coffee lover must visited place.

First time I went to the Starbucks and it was really a great experience as their service was great, from my perception it is not only having names but also stolen the heart of customers through their service and warm welcome. And of course, this makes me feel that I will be their customer forever.

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the unacceptable behaviour I witnessed during my recent visit to your Starbucks on November 18, 2023. As a customer, I expected a certain level of professionalism and courtesy, but unfortunately, my first experience at your store left me appalled. The individual I presume to be the manager exhibited shockingly bad behaviour towards the female employees. It was not only unprofessional but created a toxic and uncomfortable atmosphere for both staff and customers alike. It is disheartening to see someone in a position of authority displaying such blatant disregard for basic respect and decency. I believe that a manager sets the tone for the entire store, and if this is the example being set, it reflects poorly on the entire Starbucks brand. As a customer, I do not want to support a business that tolerates or condones such behaviour. I sincerely hope that you address this matter promptly and take appropriate action to ensure that your employees are treated with the respect they deserve. It is essential for Starbucks to uphold a standard of professionalism and create a positive environment for both customers and staff.
