Starbucks is never a disappoints. It's always the best. But special about this store is, that it got outdoor seats. It's attached with the mall so it was crowded. If your planning for a meeting or work related it won't be the one. But you can chill out with your friends.

This Starbucks has a very friendly staff. It's neat and clean. As it is located at the pavilion mall, it has both inside and outside dine-in areas. You can enjoy the view and have coffee.

This is one of the cleanest and the most silent Starbucks in pune. Unlike the other ones in the city it is not noisy and cramped up so a great place to meet friends. Staff are friendly and the customer service stands out again compared to the other ones that are near them. Love the croissants, blueberry muffins. This review is not about the coffee itself which was decent, but about billing counter. The counter guy who was taking orders seemed inexperienced, took about 10 minutes to punch a single customers order. Queue got long unnecessarily. Even a foreigner who was also standing in line with his friend got annoyed and made a snarky remark about this being extremely inefficient Starbucks. (8/10/23. 5pm ish)

Super slow service. Simply reheating a food item took 10+ minutes. Have been to countless starbucks outlets. This is the slowest of them all. No one working inside seems to be bothered by the delay.
