Starbucks is always love!! This Honey Ruby Grapefruit Black Tea was not my favorite but I loved the staff. Very sweet and helpful.

Starbucks priyas Was one of the best outlet of Starbucks till dec 2022. I have brought people who hated coffee and made them love having a dine in like outing at this location. It was all because of the staff and their service. This included: 1. Made you feel like family no matter who you are. 2. Always were interested in what you wish to order. 3. Helped you out when in doubt about your purchase. 4. Custom drinks/food items only were available here. 5. Had clear idea about the stock of food or food menu, what was available, what's not. 6. Never ignored/refused your request for any customization with drinks or a trial shot to make an informed purchase. 7. Always asked you whether you liked your drink or not, no matter how crowded it was. Emphasis is on the use of Past tense. This was the situation till Dec 2022. Since Jan 2023, I believe they had a change of staff and now every single positive I mentioned above is gone. The negatives/changes I faced since last 2-3 months: 1. Lack of awareness about the food items. 2. Don't even know what is actually available in food items. (eg: I asked whether a food item is discontinued or is out of stock, the answer was "ye hi hai jo hai") 3. As I was confused how would Starbucks Vietnamese cold brew tasted, so I asked him for a trial shot first for which he Refused with reason it takes time to make it. 4. Then I looked at the menu and I couldn't see it anywhere so I again asked the staff for which I received the reply, its white mocha cold brew. (For this reply I felt a little shocked because there was no Vietnamese cold brew. Atleast I could have been updated that we don't have the former so can we offer you the latter. I felt like leaving because I didn't wanted white mocha and specially not after this behavior.) 5. Absolute lack of empathy towards the customer. 6. Food and coffee don't taste the same. 7. Didn't even bothered to hear the customization for my coffee (irrespective of being chargeable/free) There is many more issues which I felt for last 4 months but these were the major ones. I know for some people this would not be any issue but what is needed to be understood is that their service was top notch and a premium is being paid not only for the coffee but the service that comes along with it. Further, if it was any other brand outlet then it would have been absolutely ok because others don't give this service but Starbucks does! If anyone didn't agree then try out Green park outlet and consciously focus upon the factors I shared above, you'll know the difference of how amazing service a coffee outlet can give. (this is also where Tim Hortons need to work) The same is true for Dubai airport outlet, one in Geneva (I forget the location name), Green park delhi too. I would not have bothered with this but I genuinely had made many people fell in love with Starbucks including myself just because of Priyas outlet and it really disheartened me when now same people say that it is not what it used to be. I hope they improve upon it.

Amazing experience, the ambience was really good. FnB was tasty and the staff was cooperative and friendly. loved the coffeeeeeeee

Wonderful experience here, love the flat white, Also, near to Vasant Vihar metro station walking distance. Staff is cooperative here. Nice place to hangout in Basant Lok.

The recently renovated and redone Basant Lok Complex includes several newly opened stores and restaurants. Of these, the Starbucks right next to the Priya Multiplex is very well situated, convenient for a coffee just before a show. At first glance, when you enter the store, the narrow corridor in front of the order counter and display gives the impression that this is a small store. But if you go behind the counter, the space behind opens up into a fairly spacious area with seating for around 30 people. Service, food and drink is pretty much standard Starbucks.

Starbucks is utilizing this outlet to train new staff. They don't know which grade to use for pour over, don't make Americanos properly and serve coffee at blistering hot temperature, which anyway destroys the coffee besides endangering their consumers health. A better experience, consistently, can be had at the RK Puram outlet.

Coffee is life specially when seating in Starbucks

I am a fan of Starbucks but coffee here didn't taste good. Seemed like coffee machine was not cleaned and hence the weird taste.
