Starbucks coffee - Coffee shop in Lonavala - Pune, India

It's located near ST stand and Lonavala railway station.. The cafe is well decorated and smells divine. The staff is courteous and welcoming.. Tried hazelnut mocha and red velvet coffee.. Both the beverages were good. The hazelnut one was a bit strong and perfect. The red velvet one looked pretty and was on the sweeter side..

I recently visited Starbucks in Lonavala and was impressed with the exceptional service provided by Lalit. He went above and beyond to ensure that my experience was pleasant and enjoyable. His attention to detail and friendly demeanor made me feel welcome and valued as a customer. I appreciate such dedicated employees who take pride in their work. The French press coffee was really nice. You should try the cold brew ginger ale.

Excellent staff. Very good ambience and a much needed store in Lonavala. Very good location. I went through the coffee tasting process which was offered by the staff. Very humble people who gave me a unique experience. Good food coffee lovers.

Wherever I go, I look for a Starbucks coffee cup to commemorate that place and this beautiful Indian cup is filled with it. The staff was fast, efficient, helpful and attentive, just like any Starbucks. As far as decoration was concerned, the walls were covered with huge maps of the world and India and magnificent basket-like chandeliers hung from the ceiling. We didn't feel welcomed here. It felt they are serving us for the sake of it. And whatever they did for us felt like they were doing a big favour on us. They took order for a hot beverage and after the payment told us they can't serve it! When asked for a refund , they said although we have shut down the machine, we will restart it for you. The beverage served wasn't as per Starbucks standard. A sad and unexpected experience.

The Starbucks location at lonavala. staff are ALL polite, friendly, helpful and professional.
