The staff are good. The coffee is similar to any other Starbucks. This is the best place to have coffee in the Jio Drive Mall with enough area to sit!

One of the worst Starbucks outlet . I ordered a mundane cold coffee - nothing fancy and it took the so called women staff that the outlet proudly prides on to deliver 30 mts despite less footfall. Despite telling them not to sweeten the coffee anymore it tasted like caramel. The baristas just keep lounging aroud doing the bare minimum. Basic customer service is also faulty.
