Cozy Ambience and Convinient Location. Somehow the coffee didnt taste as fresh as it does in other Starbucks Outlets. Beans were either near expiry or some quality issue.
Mocha coffee was really worth a try. And regular cold coffee was really strong. I like strong. Service is not good. We asked for bill thrice. They still forgot to give it. I dont know for what reason, waiter, while walking by the table, they are constantly gazing at us. Not a good behaviour. Didn't feel the free personal space. Also they didn't have small size available. I believe they do not keep it only. If you do not offer small glasses knowingly, then why do you keep it any menu anyway. This is not a good marketing strategy at such a high merit cafe.
Great staff and pleasing and calm atmosphere. Been here this evening and had awesome welcoming experience. I will absolutely vouch for the quality and the taste of the coffee that they serve here. Even the selection of food is decent in here. Looking forward to come back here very soon. If you love coffee than I will say that you should try their brewed coffees, special the pike place (Pour over).
This was the first time experience at Starbucks in India. The service was great, with greeters as soon as you enter the store and the barista was nice enough to make the special order crafted for my daughter the same way in US which was not on the menu. She delivered the order at our table and told us that if the coffee was not made per her satisfaction she will re-prepare. Last but not least Vipul, the greeter was very polite and made sure we had a great experience at Starbucks. Would definitely visit again when back in India
The atmosphere of starbucks was very convenient and cozy.Vipul served me hot ginger black latte which was very delicious and he talked in a very friendly manner and was very kind with me he suggested hot ginger black latte which is one of the best and new coffee of starbucks.The coffee did taste fresh and I loved this recommendation.
How can anyone not miss it, i want to visit this place almost everyday, the staff is so sweet, and the vibe makes you forget about the outer atmosphere and location. Can't say enough about it. its a famous brand for a reason, regardless of whatever anyone says.
