It's just ok. The mall's huge. But being bigger is not always great. Maddening crowds, gentry that's not very refined and not very convenient placement of stores, doesn't augers well for the place. I would anyday recommend Palassio over LuLu. However, the valet parking in LuLu is a big plus for LuLu...
It is great that Starbucks now has quite a few outlets in Lucknow. Starbucks fans know what I mean. This particular outlet in Phoenix Palassio Mall provides a relaxing stop in between or after your shopping spree. The cappuccino that I had was refreshingly authentic. While in Palassio, have your coffee there!
Well I will admit... Starbucks is 'not' overrated... Yeah it's pricey but the coffee blends they have somewhat justify the price tag.. I'm not a coffee connoisseur and I'm also not saying they have the best coffee in town there must be some better coffee options. But, the vibes and the ambience was worth it... Or barista Ananya was as same as of us so we talked about academics and stuff.. the gentle music playing in background was cherry on top.
Overpriced lattes that are quite unexceptional and an extra shot is usually required. I brew better coffee at home in my 15 bar machine. Food is good, but overpriced. Even Barista and Costa give more bang for the buck. Billing takes ages. Best passed with a cursory look. They have changed policy for their free birthday month drink as well.
Everything about this Starbucks is good. I'm rating it a full 5 for food and ambiance. But 1 for service. I think it's the baristas duty to ensure that a queue is being followed. I was standing in line and someone just cut the line and I didn't say anything thinking the barista will take my order but he didn't. Also then they opened the next counter and again didn't follow queue. Haven't seen this happening at a Starbucks in the last 12 years or so.
Ambience is nice..calm n relaxing... Coffee flavours a bit strong than any other similar cafe... Attendants here try to confuse u regarding the order u want to make n will charge u some extra bucks without it concern
