Horrible Coffee, Rude and Lacklustre Staff, noisy ambiance. Day and Night Difference!! between the service here and the starbucks at Connaught place, A block. I ordered a regular cappuchino, which has to be forthy I understand but not so much froth! I was sipping foam for seven minutes!! and couldn't even reach the taste of coffee to begin with. With no option, I Had to confront wherein they changed the cappuchino to cafe latte, trying to educate me on what is a cappuchino. (Lol) An ideal mix should have no more than one third foam, and the espresso should hit you right at the beginning of your tasting. The preparation here is full of milk, diluted and has no kick. I drink cappuchino everyday and understand the regular depth of froth and the standard taste. The staff is grumpy, unethusiastic and lacks the sense of running a speciality coffee place. Starbucks need to seriously review the franchise of this place as it is diluting the brand and taking it down. There is a need for crackdown on customer behaviour and stringent quality checks to ensure the coffee tastes top of the class. High footfall next to the GIP mall gate is a boon but also a Bane as it spreads the bad marketing by word of mouth equally fast. Please take a review of staff, get some training in place and refresh coffee making procedures to improve it. Changing coffee from cappuchino to caffee latte with a grumpy face was high handedness, not called for and is in bad behaviour. This is Mr. Sunny on duty, at 1330 in the afternoon of 23rd September. Place needs a face lift Right now it is sub standard and not worth the buck.

Decent place, but the ambience has taken a hit recently. Starbucks stores always have a quaint vibe, where you can chill and sip your coffee with next to little noise, this store however is almost always buzzing with folks. That's the only downside to this store in particular. Rest, the staff and seating is decent. Tried the Red velvet and orange cake, and liked it. And the season favourite, the Mocha Hazelnut Crunch (iced), can and should be avoided. The Classic Americano was awesome as always.! Photos attached. First visit recommended. Thanks.

I went here with my sister recently. One of our favourite place to have coffee. We ordered Confetti Cookie Frappuccino and Choco-Java Chip. Recently enjoyed our drinks

Just your usual Starbucks cafe. Located on the second floor of the Mall of India, just behind the escalators from the Main entrance. The staff and service are nice. The space is a bit small, you will not get a seat here during rush hour. The Drinks and sandwiches are usually well made and the Staff is helpful.

The best thing about their cafes are that they are huge with free WiFi. No complain with their choice of coffee and how they Master the craft of making it, though sometimes they might go wrong with your Frappuccino, going on adding to much chocolate or sugar but the best past is that they replace it for free without asking any further questions. " You don't like it, i'll throw it and make a new one. " Never disappointed with their coffee and service. But it is expensive.

Visited this after ages... Thanks to COVID. But pleasently surprised the whole Garden Galleria Mall was empty looks spooky. Coming back to Starbucks as usual great coffee supportive saff and overall a pleasent experience. Hip hip hurry shoutout for the staff....

As usual, we went here because we were not in a mood to eat anything heavy but wanted something to drink. Fortunately they had come up with a new menu then, we ordered granola berry smoothie, granola chocolate smoothie and mocha shake, omg! The berry smoothie was too good. I still crave for it and definitely ordering it soon again
