Good sitting area, a good place to sit and chit chat while having great coffee. Coffee aromas hitting your nose, n coffee flavour creamy, fresh made to perfection and it's a great starbucks outlet near my place... perfect... I'm absolutely in love with Starbucks coffee.

One of the better place to spend time with your loved one !!! I do agree cost wise they are on the higher side which limits the crowd and make them peculiar.... All there hot and cold drinks are too good but there rolls and wraps are completely on the other side definitely they need to rework on those... Final conclusion - Not advised for lower Middle class since for this cost we can have two items in other cafe !!! There brand value is huge and it speaks for them Must try : White Mocha

This is not my first time getting a frappuccino from this place but it was my first time getting the Java Chip flavour. I honestly didn't have any idea what a Java Chip meant but just wanted to try it as my husband had tried it abroad... It was purely a chocolate chip flavour but it was so so good and it blended so well with a coffee flavour. The flavour was very strong but the froth was very light and I preferred the small cup which is called the TALL cup and they have three sizes. For all the Starbucks lovers out there, if u haven't tried this flavour.. pls do check it out

Visited Phoenix Mall Velachery's Starbucks after almost an Year ! Asusual the place is crowded in the evening time. It was a bit hard to find Place for seating ! Asusual Their Signature Hot Chocolate Was Too Good ! A Special Mention to the Sandwich which was delectable ! Eventhough the portion was little ! The taste buds would crave more for it ;)

Really good experience. We had one cold coffee with ice cream and another one special edition one. Both are too good. Really tasty. The staffs are too friendly and outside sitting area also too good.

Five stars purely for the service. Me disliking the food and drinks wasn't the staffs fault, I just think Starbucks India needs a better variety to offer. That said, the staff are super sweet, and attentive to your needs. I've always had a pleasant experience, even when it gets super crowded.

It was a good experience. Ambience was too good. I have ordered chocolate cappuccino. It taste great. Cappuccino was so strong. Staff was so friendly. And service was good. They have wide range of seating. Good place to relax having good coffee. Chocolate cappuccino - 5/5

The food & coffee is great. But really disappointed by the service & the wait staff. Came in for a business meeting at 5:30 PM. I ordered 2 coffees & a meal. We then proceeded to change table location. I then had my meeting interrupted by a staff who impolitely asked me if I was going to order something else when he noticed an empty table. I asked him why he was even asking that and he mentioned that they have a rule that in every two hours, they will ask customers if they want to buy something & it's not good if there are customers seen with empty tables. Starbucks, is this a new rule? This was the first time I heard of it & I did not know there were time limits to how long a customer has to have coffee in the store? If that was the case, I would have gone to another store that have an idea to politely speak to its patrons. I had to politely mention that I've already spent Rs1500 in cash in their store today & bought another cup of coffee to "wait" & finish my meeting. This was the first time I've experienced this in ANY Starbucks but it has left a very bad impression on this store & the brand. Big let down!
