I've been to quite a few Starbucks outlet and by far, this one in Ecoworld has been the most disappointing. First off, the plug points were not working making it difficult for me to work. The reason we go to Starbucks at complex is so that I can work seamlessly at a better environment. But this was somehow worse. We had to request the servers to clean the table, there were used cups that were left unattended in some tables, and the overall vibe was just off. The croissant was also not fresh and crunchy. It was soggy. The only thing I liked was the strawberry jam... step it up honestly.

Horrible experience here everytime no matter how many second chances I give them by revisiting. Staff is lazy. Thats ok, I mean but let's not scam customers. I always order a Java Chip Frappucino, Grande so I am well aware of the taste, pricing and the ingredients. The staff Naresh tells me its the same as Belgium Chocolate Frappucino. He said even the contents are same so he is going to bill me for that. I denied and requested him that please give java Chip only, I dont want to try anything else at all. He's like it is the same. Surprisingly, grande for the Belgium one is 500Rs and the Java chip is 335Rs. Imagine the scam, everyday, so many customers. I just lost my trust in this branch and I guess am never visiting again. Coffee is off too most times .

This is my first Starbucks place in my life. I had one of their cold coffee with cream and s'mores topping. The place is really great, ambience is pretty good. The staff are courteous. The place seems to have a decent variety of items. Personal opinion: Honestly, it didn't live up to the hype. I wasn't very satisfied with the cold coffee. It had a lot of ice pieces in it rather than milk. Maybe the type I ordered wasn't that good. But anyways I expected a 450rs cold coffee to feel good, but nah.

Very impressed with the overall experience. Just want to mention about one of their staff member "Naresh", who made the evening more special for my 3 year old daughter by giving her a complementary desert made by him. All the other staff members were very professional and courteous too.

The cafe also provides a comfortable setting for both quick meetings and prolonged work sessions, boasting robust Wi-Fi connectivity. Despite the high footfall, the service remains efficient. Overall, Starbucks RMZ EcoWorld is a reliable, quality choice for coffee and light meals in Bangalore's tech hub.

Perfect place for coffee and vibes. Must say a 5/5 place for its ambience, people, and service other than the beautiful expensive coffee they serve. Drag a coffee and your food and sit inside if you're working. Or step out if you are looking for a vibe to chit chat. Loved the place.

Excellent experience. Barista Arvind puts in that extra bit to ensure the taste is personalised. He does an outstanding job, and makes it worth visiting back everytime. The commitment and passion he brings to the table deserves a pat on the back. @Starbucks needs to provide a platform for his passion for customer delight to reach a broader audience. The furniture and cleanliness needs to be looked into to ensure customers don't defect to competition across the isle

Excellent service. Loved selling my kidney for a cuppa tea. All seriousness, pretty good service and tea. Love their packaging and food taste. A fun outlet to hangout with, friends, family in the heart of the bay.
