Starbucks - Coffee shop in Faridabad - Faridabad, India

Visited starbucks sector 12 Faridabad today. Really like the atmosphere. Outside sitting arrangement is really cool. Komal and Amarjeet were very nice and we got our order on time. Loved the overall vibe. I would rate it as one of the best Starbucks in NCR. Keep up the good work guys

My recent visit to Starbucks left me thoroughly dissatisfied. Their exorbitant prices continue to be a major issue, making a simple coffee and snack feel like a luxury . What's worse, on a blistering hot day, I entered the store to find NO air conditioning. It was an absolute sauna in there! To compound my misery, I decided to order a hot coffee, which was a monumental mistake. As I sat there, the sweat was practically pouring off me. It was like a torture chamber, not a coffee shop. Starbucks needs to seriously step up their game and provide some basic comforts for their customers. This experience was an absolute disaster, and I won't be returning anytime soon.

Visited the first ever newly opened outlet in Faridabad so I ordered creamy corn and spinach pocket, tall double chocolate frappuccino and one picco elaichi chai. Pocket was delicious Double Chocolate Frappuccino was excellent but elaichi chai was okay okay. All this was made so special because of very swift and lovely service of miss Pooja. Ambience is good but could be better as I have visited better Starbucks outlets in India and overseas also. Outlet timings is 10 AM - 11 PM Outside seating is also available but in summers in India it is an issue but they have water fans.

Ordered 3 coffees and 3 food items. Don't get the food in 25 mins. Asked multiple times, was told "sir our partner is working on your food". Waited 10 more minutes. Manager appears - sorry sir we forgot to process your order. Excellent Asked for a refund - ok sure. Noone knows how to operate the billing machine. Took approx 15 more minutes for them to figure out how to enter the operator ID and initiate refund Horrible experience, ruined our entire evening. Have been to many Starbucks, never had such an experience.

All good, except I saw multiple Club Mahindra employees using the cafeteria as their private workspace and conducting meetings. This is not your office and Starbucks team should disallow such practices to happen in cafe premises. The ambience felt sub-par and very noisy due to the same

Starbucks is now in faridabad and it's not leaving a chance of serving one of their best selling and tempting cuisine to their customers. Their staff Amarjeet and Satbir is very courteous, friendly and even guide you to choose best one to pamper your tastebuds.

Things that are wrong with this Starbucks branch: 1. they will forget your order unless you remind them. even the busiest Starbucks will take 15 minutes to prepare your coffee but here expect your French press not only to arrive late but also to be cold. 2. I ordered vanilla sweet cream cold brew, I could literally see the ground coffee granules, this was so bad I had to throw out the coffee. 3. Do not go here to work! If you expect that you will get any work done, you are wrong because welcome to Starbucks will be yelled every few minutes absolutely annoying the hell out of you.

I visited for a week. All staff was nice. I have a good memory in paridabad thanks to them. I hope they are always happy and be health. If i visit this city i will visit again!
