Enough parking space, toilet, wifi, indoors and outdoor (covered) seating. Love the new cookie crumble coffee! Kathi roll was good. Chocolate eclairs was meh. Some of the cushion on the chair is dirty and stained. Needs to be cleaned immediately. I asked for water and the glass had water stains. Not cleaned well.

Pretty ordinary...Or maybe I expected too much from a storied brand. I loved the location on Harrington Road. It's a standalone building, so parking is a breeze. The cafe is at the first floor level. There's an anteroom with no air-conditioning at the entrance. The interior was neat and that's the best I can say about it. At these prices, an Indian Cafe would have you lounging on leather sofas. Sorry to have to use the word ordinary over and over but the same goes for the cold coffee I had as well as the chicken strips and slice of banana nut bread. I also noticed 2 corporate types who came in but preferred the anteroom because they found the music too distracting. The staff were on the ball and courteous.

Experience was ok, overall, as always the service is good, however I order a sandwich that was not well cooked. The restrooms really need attention as they seem as they have never done cleaning for months.

Nice service compared to the cafe shops around which I visited. They also have varieties. The place is also nice for meet ups and hang outs. They don't disturb even if you stay long which makes the place more friendly. They have free WiFi also and enough charge ports. The place is clean.

Looking for a peaceful place to get work done while also being able to enjoy good coffee, this is THE place to be! They provide free wifi, charging ports to charge your devices and work without interruptions. Have been here thrice already and love the ambience! Highly recommend!

Their signature hot chocolate in almond milk was yumm, but in food couldn't find many vegan options but it was good. Couldn't find decaf in Starbucks and heard it's not available in India at all .Courteous and helpful staff. If requested they serve in reusable ceramic mugs instead of plastic/paper cups. Reusable spoons weren't there but if asked may be available.

Ordered Vanila Jawa chip delight. It tasted really good. Good for people who doesn't like bitter taste of the coffee. It was a perfect blend of coffee bitter and Vanilla sweetness.

Starbucks in Harrington road didnt have the usual Starbucks experience. The customer service was very bad and unprofessional. The atmospher is fine but the taste and service doesnt come to the standards. First time customers will be dissapointed.
