Value for money! Wholesome coffee experience. Great taste and quality. Wonderful ambience too. Staff are also friendly and helpful. Coffee powder, beans and merchandise are also available. P.S.: Coffee makes everything better!
Great ambience and lovely service! Getting crowded slightly towards the evening - but a very promising customer service. They've also written a welcome note in Tamil - the local language, which is the cherry on the cake!
The staff was rude towards me when I tried to take a few pics of the cafe.. The staff told me that they don't allow the customers to take pics in the cafe.. Later I saw a guest taking pics and asked the staff how can you allow him and not me... His reply was that they're regular customers.. So good to know that they are friendly with their regular guest but not us common people
Am always a fan of Starbucks coffee. Still its costly but its once in a while only right. My favourite over there is java chip Frappuccino, double chocolate chip Frappuccino. This time i have tried mango on the beach which contains mango flavoured cream and some mango preserves and small amounts of pulp. Yeah its okay to have it once. Omg the double chocolate chip cookies over there is must try. I would really crave for it . To be mentioned the staffs over there are very friendly in nature.
This starbucks is at the first floor. You have options to reach by stairs or lift. Cheerful staff. Nice seating arrangement. Enjoyed lemon loaf with Americano.

Yesterday I went to Starbucks with my friends, around 6 to 7 members went there, bill manager said you can't sit more than 1hr and everyone want to buy a coffee...we ordered 4coffees and 2 puff bill manager can't excepting a order... He said ever person want to buy a coffee than only he will place a order.... I have all ready went Starbucks..In that shop there are no restriction.... This is worst Starbucks...
How you treat the customers conveys your intention on retaining / letting go of a Customer :) We ordered a Cafe Mocha for our daughter, and after a few sips, our little one poured it on herself. After cleaning her up, we apologized to the cafe guys for the mess, and when we were about to leave, the person who took our order offered one more cup of Cafe Mocha.. though we are happy with the gesture, I politely refused.. However, he offered the cup to my little one, and she was happy to take it. When a food place makes you feel happy.. we always tend to go there again.. Hopefully, without spilling or pouring anything out :) Hearty thanks to the store guy
