If u are looking for the best coffee this is the perfect place to have one. A must try is mocha cookie crumble frappe. Also if u like something hot then the cookie crumble latte is just perfect.
I ordered 2 caramel frappes but when I made the payment and checked the bill, they changed my order to caramel Java chip when I had specifically mentioned that I wanted only caramel. When I went to complain to the guy, he had the cheek to argue and said that I wouldn't get a refund. Edit: Visited again as I had a coupon for a drink at 190 rupees. I ordered vanilla sweet cream. They filled more than half of my cup with ice cubes (I've attached pictures but you can't see it very clearly) and the coffee wasn't even good. You'd get the idea that the drink is sweet from the name, but it's quite the opposite. It was really bitter and there wasn't a hint of vanilla and no cream either. Pretty bad.
Located at Balewadi High Street. It was my first time at Starbucks. Went there with a friend. It was clean and neat. Bit small space though. Many people were working while having their drinks. I had a iced macchiato with caramel topping - it was good bit sweet though. Had a great time!

It is a very good place to have wonderful, tasty coffee. A little expensive too. Coffee house is situated at a very prominent road side place in very posh area of Balewadi, Pune.

I love that you can order from the app while sitting in the store, that's what I do during rush hours The ambience is premium, quite on point with the High Street vibe! The staff is helpful and the beverages are great as usual. Highly recommended for all Starbucks lovers!
