As an ex-employee you can read my review on the Glassdoor portal. Strictly from building perspective, the great attraction is that it is bang opposite the vashi railway station. For a Mumbaikar, nothing better than that. However, once inside the building you are greeted by long queues for various lifts and during monsoon, it is a horrendous experience with dripping water and slippery floor. (Disclaimer- this was 2 years ago; so things might have changed). The office is congested and a narrow lane beyond the reception leads you to various meeting rooms, cubicles. The overall layout, lighting and design is gloomy and not an invigorating working environment. There used to be instances of cockroaches roaming around freely in the canteen ; not sure if lockdown has made things better. The staircase used to be congested with people from a particular religious community occupying the entire space.

It's the head office of Star Union Dai Ichi Life Insurance company . Near to the Vashi railway station. The building is known as Raghulila mall. All policy related work is done here. The staff is friendly and helpful. Security guards at the reception have smile on the face.
Very bad experience during the interview. Kept hanging by saying you're selected and after a month told we can't carry on with you. Such unethical office.
