Extra ordinary service. Efficient and very cooperative staff. Best place to book any tour package specially Europe, USA, and almost any part of the world. Tour managers are very humble and knowledgeable. Hotels are too good, manage Indian meal. If you are planing for any Holiday Package at foreign destination, this is a perfect place where you get really 5 star service.

I travelled Europe for 14 night package . Tour was very good n well organized. Our tour manager Mr. Mohan Thakur was really fantastic person. They cover all places as per the iternary. We had Indian food almost every where... Hotels provided were really very good. Over all great experience...however it's hectic as we cover 9 countries in just 14 night.. but, considering cost effectiveness, it was worth. I highly recommend star tours. Absolutely good experience.

We have booked Scotland tour through star tours and applied for visa through same star tour office. Their officer made so many mistakes in our case and didn't make our file properly with required documents which is his duty. Because of that our Visa is rejected and we waste around lakh rupees on cancellation of flight tickets and hotel booking which r although refundable for family of three persons. The Scotland tour which we booked through star tour only , then also they didn't refund full money. In addition of that when we went there after rejection of visa , their behaviour is like they don't bother at all. I m very dissatisfied with this attitude of them. What is d meaning of complaining now? All d loss is only ours, financial as well as emotional as we couldn't join our friends this vacation.

Star tours UK office(Miss Sahana) And Ahmedabad office(Miss Radhika) have been very helpful in deciding my tours to UK and Europe. They have given very honest and clear picture of travel details and i am sure we will be in safe hands when we travell through their tours.

I have been emailing these guys since last 3 months but there is no resolution provided by them. Also i did book the tour with them and due to this Corona Epidemic the tour is cancelled by them but the refund is still not processed. Other places they are giving full refund and i have proof of that. Very Bad experience and Poor service.

We went on Europe tour of 16 days with star tours,what made us unhappy was the sitting arrangements,guys make sure of your seating arrangement in the coach in which u r travelling for the next 14 days, we got the last row inspite of one of usof having back problem,we had infact requested for a front seating,we had booked early,but nothing was taken into consideration!I got to learn that other tours make rotations of seating arrangement to make it fair to all, this suggestion was also not taken into account, ....once there was shortage of packed breakfast,and back seated coach members did not get the breakfast at all,we had to purchase on our own..
