No meaning in booking appointments they will make you wait infinitely. I called early 8:30 AM my number was 21, hospital staff on phone told to come at 12:00. I was there at 12 she says will take time and added me to the line now. No proper place to sit down. You will start feeling sick by just waiting in the waiting area. Waited till 1:30 and asked how long and she told can be 3:30 or 4:00 or come tomorrow. What was the meaning in calling and getting an appointment.
Took my money and came back. will search for a different doctor, doesn't matter how good the doctor is if they will make you wait so long in such cramped area.
Please take only appointment of people you can handle and honor the appointments!!!
Absolutely no point taking appointment, inspite of giving time you are made to sit for minimum of 2 hours.
Hospital Management should sort this out by giving patients time slots to avoid waiting lines.

Unprofessional and unorganised management. There is point to take appointment. Inspite of giving time you have to sit minimum atleast 2 hrs.
There is no sense in taking any appointment. The front desk corrupts will send anyone earlier who will pay them rs 100/-. Average waiting time is 2 hours. Pathology is pathologically insane and will speak on phone for a long time before accepting any sample. Hospital is clean but smelly. Waiting hall is big but seating arrangements could be better. Doctors should change the front desk employees and have a CCTV. Overall a pathetic experience.
Pathlab at the hospital is pathetic. It took 3 days to get blood test results, after constant follow up. Also, path lab staff is arrogant & treats patient's relatives badly. Extracting soft copy of reports, is nearly impossible as staff is neither professional nor willing to help.
Dr. sangram wagh is one of the best neurologist he is very polite person each and every problem from which person suffered clear by dr.wagh i personally take treatment from him and in first time my problem get solved
Admin staff so arrogant behaviour.
I suggest Dr kindly look into this they behave like government hospital staff.
