This happened Few mins back - Cheater staff, I asked to fuel 2000 in my car. Meanwhile the guy was fuelling in a bike for Rs 300. He fuelled the bike and then inserted nozzle in my car fuels inlet(without resetting meter to 0) and asked me to get a cloth to clean petrol opening flap. By the time I open gate and give him cloth I saw meter was at 600 proceeding towards 2000. Actually I purposely visited this pump to verify this and saw this happening in front of my eyes. So basically My car got fuelled only for 1700 and 300 was cheated. Need to file a complaint in consumer forum against this. Later I asked the guy did he reset the meter to zero ? confidently he said - Yes Uske bina meter nai chalta Sir. I saw everything happening infront of my eyes. How they fool people and cheat us by looting money. On asking why dint he show me zero on meter, he said - Aapko khud dekhna chaye tha. Ham jaldi me rehte hain.
