I regret to inform you of some concerning issues I encountered during my visit. Firstly, the level of service I experienced was far below expectations. It was disappointing to find that the staff seemed disinterested in assisting guests, and their response time to requests was quite slow. This greatly affected my overall experience. Furthermore, I was disheartened by the state of the washrooms. The lack of cleanliness and maintenance was evident, which left a negative impression on the overall hygiene standards of the hotel. Actually very poor service and food!
Amazing place and wonderful food after reaching kerela it's my favourite stop for food and never got disoppinted from owner to staff every one is very polite and really helpfulll
The food is not good and neither the ambience..... The dishes suggested by their staff was worse and costly .... Even the fresh fruit juice that we ordered tasted below average. So overall negative ratings for Star Kitchen (Sultan Battery) and please stay away from this mediocre restaurant.....

Stay away. This hotel is notorious for its dishonest practices. The quality of service, food and the infra is mediocre, while the prices charged are exorbitantly high. I strongly advise against choosing this hotel. We had a very bad experience there.
Too expensive, i ordered half mandi they charged 410 rs and full pepper chicken 610 rs. Worst taste of food. Cheating restaurant. Never visit.
