Bad experience due to miss management or bad coordination. I have booked (on 08/11/23) to see Nuro on 14 th November, token was 10 , given time was 08.00 Am. The particular day Nuro available only up to 09.00 AM. The token system or booking was not followed by the duty staff they allowed few patients in between. The patient book or file was not sent from Laboratory to doctors room so they don't call the name. I intervened and meet laboratory staff there excuse was the blood results were not ready. My question is if they take much time to get laboratory results why the management or staff called us on the same day , better they can call 1 day prior to the checkup for blood testing. As for this blood test we need to give blood twice before and after food in 2 hr gap. ( in last 20 days it was the 3 rd blood test , 2 in same hospital laboratory)

Terrible Experience, Stay away. Booked Via telephone for Pediatric OP, told to come by 1PM, it's been almost 3 hours. Mismanagement at its peak. They issue token and states they strictly follow token system which they don't. People bypass you, leaving you wait for hours. Nothing in order. Govt hospitals give better service.

Visited the hospital once and felt really bad for the Casualty lady Doctor and staff nurses working at the casualty. Non of the patient were cooperative nor they showed any gratitude towards the Doctor or staff. Everybody wants treatment at the same time. The Doctor was attending an emergency patient who needed her attention but some other patient's with silly complaint's wanted the doctor to see them first and then go attend the emergency case. People doesn't even have the basic common sense or patience horrible !!!

Went to casualty for dressing and it was appalling. The toilet was next to dressing room (minor procedure room) and management had no sense of responsibility to address this serious mistake. Also the nursing staffs were absolutely unprofessional. One staff had long nails with no gloves on, to do the dressing. Rest of staffs didn't wear any masks. A hospital should maintain basic sterile condition for proper treatment and sadly this is the worst example. Get tetanus shot before visiting this hospital. Hope they work on the suggestions, else it will be really sad state of affairs for people visiting.

Today I Went Star Hospital. Charges also affordable. Dr Badar he was too good and nice. Lab Staffs also too care and good. But Sorry to say that the nurses not all especially first floor nurses attitude was very bad, Who's showing the room. I suggest train all your supporting staffs and nurses how to speak polite way to all. I just gave the star only becoz of the Dr. and Lab Or else my rating will be 1 star. Hope the management will see the comment and train all the staffs the manners. Right the Hospital has some goodwill but this is enough to spoil.

Very long waiting list . We spent 1.5hrs just to see doctor . The queue is often interrupted by hospital patients for intermediate check up .
