For rejected policy they do not refund the amount the customer service never transfers the call to refund department you need to pay all the emi and charges to the bank if you make a credit card or debit Card payment its been 2 months I have not received my yet.

I got a SMS on 17/06/2022 from Kolhapur (Maharashtra) branch stating,"your health policy is despatched on 16/06/2022 But I have not received my Policy till today. I communicated to Kolhapur branch through Google. They replied as,"Let me check." They are checking from last 10 to 15 days When will I get my Policy?
