Very Good service and immediate response From claims team
**The *worst *insurance company, always refuses to reimburse in spite of providing required docs still they create nonsense that some doc is missing. And worst customer care, never gives a call back. I really appreciate it if you want to take insurance, kindly see *other options in the market. I request other folks to give a review, else new members may face issues.

Ya I have visited this place last week to claim my friend hospital bills. There staff is very polite and fast responding to customer. I am satisfied with their service.
I have submitted 3 different Reimbursement Claims in Usha Kiran Complex near Paradise Hotel ( ref 3 different admissions of the family members in different hospitals for corona in April 2021 ), got around 65% of the amount thru NEFT, for my FHO policy. Due to inefficient documents from the Doctor / Hospital ( as Doctors are very much busy due to corona admissions ), 1 claim was delayed upto 6 months, as I needed to email the Indoor Case Sheets to Star Health Chennai Head Office. Overall I am happy with Star Health Insurance and their Customer Service. My Star Health Agent also helped me for all of my queries to him, because I took the policy from him ( even though policy bazaar web site was offering me 5% discount on the Ist Year Premium ).
Worst performance by Star health insurance i submitted for reimbursement i attached all the documents what they need but they esquilated queries i replied too but they didn't told clearly what they need i submitted doctor's letter also and starting consultation paper also i approached to GRAVIENCE dept also there is no use with that finally they rejected. In the star health dept medical officer is very bad person i called to him more than 50times but he not answerd even one time. I really advice to other don't take HEALTH INSURANCE from STAR HEALTH.
