I don't know why people have rated them so poorly since my experience was exactly contradictory to most of the reviews. I am new to Chennai and was looking for the Star health branch office. I found this one on google and was in a dilemma whether or not to visit, due to lots of poor reviews. Finally I decided to visit and my experience was pretty nice. The staff assisted me well and also helped me with a few queries I had related to the claims. Finally with their kind assistance, I was able to complete my task and left the office happily. Thanks!
I give 1 star because . I giving review but it is totally zero it is worst insurance company I have group policy my wife is accident 4 months ago I applied climb now also process how many time taking on claim ID 1292129
First please mark the write place when we try to locate your office. Location is wrong Second, treat people politely. Third, respond to your client. I pay 25 k yearly . That is your salary. Better respond and act accordingly. You are a emergency service,pls note that . Yu can't outright say that your paper will not even be checked for next 30 days. Citing your issues. We need ETA and all the more respect, professionalism from your end.
Service is very poor. Velachery as well as tambaram are so bad in response. Have paid the money but still have not got the acknowledgement copy.
