The star health website always gives an error when I try to submit claim forms. They ask for additional documents regarding a claim, however, they don't give details on how we have to submit the documents. Uploading the documents from their website is next to impossible. Customer care numbers don't work via call/whatsapp. Really frustrated with Star Health services and it is better to choose another insurance. I really want to understand the intention of the company behind making this process so difficult - do they just want to make the customer feel frustrated, so they just quit the process and not apply for claim? Dealing with these kind of issues after hospitalization is too much for a family. The only time the website works is when paying the insurance premium.

Star Health Tele Calling and sales office. Went to get a NOC to change the branch office to Tambaram, but only from Tambaram branch it can be done they said. For NOC just send an email to the branch office that you prefer to change the policy. They will do the needful in a week. Parking at Basement Waiting time 20 mins

The worst employee are working here. Don't take any insurance this company. My mother insurance they accepted and took two term payment after they cancelled policy without any information. Just they send notice to home. I ask refund they told me within one month but 3 months finished till now they did not refunded. Whenever ask they told wait 5 or 10 days. They gave only all fake promises only. Don't wast your money here.

Fraudulent company The sales men he kept the word, next day mom got hospitalised and they have told cant claim for such things, its been 6months my mom's policy cancellation is pending... After death also they'll ask for policy payment. Waste of investment in such companies.. to save our life save money in our pockets is best..

Very worst star health insurance company. This is one of the fraud company. The customers call attending the calls and the telling lies. Very fraud company and poor coordinate. This company cheeting lot of poor people back ground. Iam having yhe all orginal record's. But they are not taking action. Peoples who are all going to put health insurance don't put STAR HEALTH INSURANCE put another company insurance. Plssss my humble request dont put star health insurance.
