This place is great. And has enough equipments to train all muscles. Space is a bit of an issue though.
Its a good place for starting out a regular workout in this gym. Although, the gym facility provide a lot of good machine, equipment for beginners the gym space is not quite spacious. Also the official members should need to upgrade their equipment and enlarge their space for better comfortability for their clients. But I recommend these gym to all the people including old & young, they even provide free nutrition&diet information for your health.

Star gym is near at kwakeithel bazar. Here is a better quality of machine. You can come here morning of 6am upto evening 7pm. And diet facilities also here, if you are a member of this Star gym, you get discount. Star have so many talents bodybuilder. So, if you want to be healthy please come here.
Its a good gym, good environment but a little expensive 1000 for admission and 700 monthly. Anyone who enjoys good competition would be at home there since there are many pro bodybuilders who workout there daily.
All the staff/trainers are extremely friendly, motivates and give proper guidance to beginners like me.

Most well equipped and spacious gym in Imphal area with seperate floor trainers and personal trainers, dieticians, body composition measuring machine, etc. The positive vibes in the gym is contagious ! A big thumbs up from me !
I personally am a trainee here. And I love it. The equipments are complete and the staffs and the trainers are friendly. There is a separate Zumba class too. Worth a try.
