I booked this hotel in September. But it was a very bad experience. Because the area is very dirty and very crowded. Almost good room but the room was very small. And hotel people don't clean. The hotel people are also not well behaved. And There is a lot of traffic here. Auto drivers are prohibited from coming to this area. Because there is traffic here. That's why the auto driver refuses to come.

Its a affordable lodge and please dont book through any booking app. I booked through oyo and my early checkin is denied so please go directly and book your rooms

Worst experience of life. They charged more than mentioned in the application. No ac,no soap or towel,bad smell,dirty room

Worst experience. I would have given 0 stars if I had that option. I booked OYO Flagship 10435 Star Deluxe Lodge through OYO, at the price of 499. When I reached the hotel they charged me an extra amount. And they will charge you more if you ask for a bill. And to talk about cleanliness the blankets are not at all clean. the floor was wet. So better look for other Hotels at a range of 1000, as OYO Flagship 10435 Star Deluxe Lodge will charge close to that amount. I won't suggest this hotel for anyone..

I request the owner and manager to change the name from deluxe to default and instead of star keep it drainage. Worst experience please do not ever even think of staying here. No worth it. Very bad service, no towel even after asking for it, no hot water, stinks in the room and the worst part the matters is made of spring very very bad quality of matters better to sleep on floor as we did. Yhe springs are so hard that they hurt your body. I wish this hotel should really shut down they don't know how to run a proper one. Only they know how to take money.

The worst room ever he tried to scam us asked double amount for a room when I went to take one room he told us to take two rooms .... Ok I took two rooms but we got the worst rooms ... First of all I was with family ... He changed the room and charged for five rooms but we got only two rooms ... I don't recommend anyone this no cleanliness , no tidyness , lizards and insects all over here

Booked it through Oyo app but the people in the hotel didn't agree to the booking because they claimed we got it for a very cheap price and that's not acceptable. We told we booked it through Oyo app and they said it might have been a mistake by the app and they took extra cash from us for the room and gave us a really bad stinking room.

Average Rating. The service of the reception desk is awesome. They were a tremendous help. Cleanliness is OK except the towel had to be replaced. Hot water is available. If you call the reception for any service, do not expect it to be soon. They will take their time to respond. I've had to call multiple times to get a single service. Requested for a coffee and they bought it after 30 minutes. Except that events the stay was above average and close to good for a budget stay.
