Very Good Cinema Hall.. With all types of facilities and nearly all the latest movies are available in this hall.. Sitting arrangement is very nice and comfortable for watching movies and speakers are also very good and audible.. It gives you a comfortable environment for watching your favourite movies.. I enjoyed my movie (Sahoo) in this all and also suggesting you to give a try..
Very bad experience. Low quality sound system, worse seats and especially the surrounding. Also, good movies are not shown. Movies don't change weekly. Only 1 screen. Also, not at all worthy with the money you give. Grow a pair people. It's the only cinema hall in this location hence people have to compromise. Please take in suggestions and improve the experience.
The service in this Hall is the worst. They have no punctuality and the sense that their customer awaits. The seats are uncomfortable and dirty. The theater lacks overall everything because their service is zero. Atleast other theater (which are bad) have decent service. Atleast they showcase the movies on time.
Being the only movie hall serving for both Bhutan side phuentsholing and India, this is a place to catch up with the latest movies, but it's Monopoly has rendered it with a bad quality in both sound and ambience. Of course it is much cheaper than the usual you find in other cities.. eh.. I think better than nothing.. there is no A/C to be accurate. The sound system is poor too. Could have been a lot better. It though is placed in a very conspicuous space, with ample vehicle parking upfront. It only releases Bollywood movies, not even dubbed English movies are shown. Forget 3D movies.
