Poor nursing service in surgery ICU and ward, only few staff give good care, other staffs not bothered about patient care and felt very inexperienced in patient care , patient left unattended in surgery ICU for very long period, they struggled very much to convey their needs & difficulty & even if they do the response is poor & mostly students who have no experience in patient care are dealing patients in surgery ICU, they are getting panic while asking for support & ran to call staff & no one will get back. The staff didn't even follow the doctor's instructions and forgetting things they told to do. In ward also patient felt negligence and dely while asking for support. Hospital management should monitor and assure the quality of service before declaring five star care.

Very worst reception & customer care team. Not helpfull at all. We requested for the previous bills copy and they ( male staff) make us wait for long time. And at five pm when their duty time was over they said the bills will be available only in insurance desk. Customer care told us that the OP Bills will be available only in the reception. Very bad behaviour from the reception/Account staff. Also during the call they were not ready to aswer for the quiries. Very poor customer service. Date : 12-05-2023 ,time between 4pm to 5:20pm

I have been there for my wifes delivery. Room was very neat and hygenic.all nurses and cleaning staffs where good. I have consulted dr radhika.. She is a good doctor explained everythig.. Good quality foods are not available there. Shalimar canteen provided worst food. We got three hairs in our food. And the price of foods are very high

Worst hospital I have ever experienced. Especially the attitude of staff including nurses. They don't know what patient care is. Am sure noone will come here for second time.. Only thing they know is how to exploit people and loot money..

I have been admitted there for 4 times. I got very good treatment. I recomment it to go to the hospital who need urgent treatment.!!!
