A nice resort very close to the beach. Swimming pool is well maintained. Breakfast options were limited (Poori, Sabji, french toast, Banana, juice, Tea).
Room service was good. Ample parking space available.
Rooms were clean with hot water available all the time.
Huge area, but very very very poor planning & below par maintenance.
Even smaller mind & mindset of Hotel Staff.. One of the worst experiences I have ever had. They are charging 4000 for Royal Suite, but not even changing bed sheets, no toiletries or hot water kettle whatsoever.
Absolutely third category food quality, breakfast is just a waste of time.. Almost felt like last night leftovers from adjacent restaurants.
Only positive aspect is walking distance from Colva beach.
One of best and affordable hotel in and very nearer to colva beach. It has big swimming pool neatly maintained and has separate Villa type rooms for big family get together with a villa having 6 rooms, which can be taken separately also. We ordered starters and were very good. But don't know why ratings doesn't match with actuals?
We stayed with my family it was great day we really thanks to the management good service and hospitality. The front desk people are very helpful. Restaurant menu also reasonable rates. Food also good quality and quantity.
One week back I stayed with my family in this hotel. It was a very pleasant stay. Location and food is quite good for this hotel. Beach is nearby. Market place is also nearby. The service of this hotel is nice. Special thanks to a person named Parijat, who warm heartedly welcome us and tried helping us in every possible way for our comfortable stay.
The resort premises and rooms were quite good, having large pool area and breath taking side view at balcony. Coming to the Food, the quality of food is very low as compared to the price and they will add much food colour which is not good for health. One thing which made us disappointing, while ordering food they will add service charges on each bill, that is 10%, as per FHO there is no services charges should take on food.and here out side food is not allowed.( Advice: If really want to workout on staff and maintenance of resort is more..then at last while checkout they would have to take service charges on final bill or on the total bill. But not on each bill is preferable)

I found that this is best place to stay as it's in pocket friendly at this location. Rooms are really spacious & cleaned compared to other hotels around this at the affordable prices. In House Resturant facility is available till 11.P.M.
