Actually I am a Regular Customer To This Star Hypermarket Work As Independent Journalist , Regret To Inform You That I went To Shopping on 26/11/2023 At 9:00pm with my kids Almost Purchase Rs.5000 Items but bimistake Cashier Miss One Item To Scan worth rs 80 Even i didn't Notice That, When Coming Out Security Found That item open in trolly I told that one not scan so I won't need it, They ask me to sign and write my number on bill , that mean I stole that , they make me feel like I stole it, i refuse To Sign then they make me wait for 10 minutes and check all they cameras , they didn't find my mistake so they ask me to leave , I feel like it's kind of harassment to customer in the name of formality with whom 3 years kids got afraid of staff behaviour was radiclous, The company first should take action on staff and security who are standing at door, it's a minor mistake they want to make it as big as they want . It is a Hyper market. Excellent lay out. Plenty of space to move around. Reasonable prices. Good car parking. They don't sell cold cool drinks, interesting!
