I strongly advise anyone considering this PG to think twice before making a booking. Upon arriving on the day of my onboarding, I faced issues caused by Stanza's mismanagement. To start with, the room I was initially promised during my visit was not allocated to me. Instead, I was forced into a room shared with a working professional, while I am a student. I overheard the staff discussing that they usually don't mix students and working professionals, which left me feeling disregarded and uncomfortable. When I approached the staff to discuss the situation and request a refund, as I was not receiving what I was promised, they proved unresponsive. It seemed like they had no concern for their customers once they had made the sale. Their priority appears to be solely on acquiring as many customers as possible, regardless of the quality of service they provide. Also, the food gets delayed around 2 hours. I would strongly advise against choosing this PG for your accommodation needs. Their unprofessionalism, broken promises, and lack of customer support are simply not worth the trouble. Find something else guys.
If you're planning to stay here by considering any google photos or information then you'll be in big trouble. Because I was a resident at this place for 2 years and what they will promise you, say you, show you everything is so dramatic they'll only attract and then you'll be trap. Food is very pathetic over here even management is not at all responsible , when you'll be living here you'll get to know about term RC means resident captain means your property manager personally(in my case Mr.Rajnish singh )they will be not on duty and in no proper state of mind to listen you or solve any problems of you. Housing is not done as promised. Personally they haven't refunded my SECURITY DEPOSIT yet as they said it'll be refunded. You should be very careful while being in contact with them. Even higher management is so irresponsible, they called it Cluster manager which is Mr. Praveen singh, they are not receiving my call for refunding my security deposit. SO PLEASE IT'S MY REQUEST YOU TO SAVE YOUR MONEY, TIME AND ENERGY.
Worst hostel, I have seen in my life they never give your money. Stanza has taken my 19,000 and said you will get only 4700.
Please don't come here they have misplaced my expensive belongings after shifting from one to other house I would strictly not recommend this place
Be aware of them. It's a good pg but not in terms of the contract. They will restrain your money for a year. ALERT And you will not get your refund back .

Are you really out of your mind or what? this is our house address, besides you, we live here at Ganga Niwas, Sushrusha Hospital, Mithakhali, Navrangpura, Ahmedabad, Gujarat 380009, India. remove this address from your website and even from the google pages, or I will sue you. this is so pathetic. no action is being taken from last couple of months, we asked you to do this update since long and you are not taking any action, do not force us to take legal action on you. if you rented legal property in the hospital then pls do mention the original address where you are.
