I would like to give Zero stars for this property. I have informed many times that the room has bed bugs and it causes allergies. I have also raised more than 10 tickets but no response from the management. Cleaning is not regular, I have asked to Change the mirror many times but so lethargic and the food is just okay. This property is such a disaster stay away from it. You can find many good properties for this price so please stay away.

Things are fine but they don't any support and don't expect high speed internet. I have many complains regarding bed bugs, no support provided. Left the stay because of that. Prices are too high. Few good thing are: cleaning and food. If you are looking for food option, then only think else don't.

Scammers are running the stanza living property. Anyone living outside the Bangalore has only online to access the place virtually. Before onboarding they impose the untold policy. Shows you the video of well maintained property, but reality is different. Before onboarding, they have taken 6000/- as booking amount, now telling me its not refundable. Cheap tactics Stanza Living. Nothing as such mentioned on your app. No contract or message was shared by sales person. Mind you stanza people- your business model work much longer like this. Stealing the hard money by replicating the hidden polices. I want refund and stop mailing me that your ticket is resolved. Room with size 8 x 8 feet is converted into tripple sharing. Jails are bigger than this and you expect someone to stay in conjunction. Alert: Sales Person Rachit. Bro- mind it your this cheap play will also happen with you some day. Mark my words.

Expensive place to live in. Not worth a money for their services. Can find cheaper stays nearby with the same services. They have a limit for the wifi you use. It just gets expired within 15 days and you need to pay extra for wifi. They say easy move in ever. But trust me it's just horrible to come out. They just don't give back your security deposit of 10k. It's been more than a month since I left stanza but haven't received my deposit yet. Totally an awful experience. Defeniftly donot recommend this! Think twice before you move in coz once you move in you get TRAPPED for 3 months which they call it as lock in period.

Ravenna house is good co living but it has very high rate of rent and also hefty deposit you have to paid. Also they take maintenance charge from customers. Very costly for new comers.

I used to live in a stanza property in Pune when I was a student and moved into their branch in Bangalore after I got a job. One of the reasons for opting for Stanza again was that it is hassle-free and being a working professional I don't have the time to worry about cooking and cleaning.

Place was conjusted and there's not much ventilation in the rooms , good that i was about to pay them but told i want to see the property before paying so my money was saved
