The place is good for boys but the resident captain (care taker) keeps on changing frequently and so you cant maintain contact. Also housekeeping is so-so. The rate is also high as compared to facilities given. If you dont have any other option then you can consider this place.
Worst Management! Do not stay here Writing this review after spending an year in this property. The staffs are unprofessional, lack of etiquette and disobedient. They have all technology based tools like resident app, captain's app, mail hierarchy etc. but no productivity in actual. Many of the reviews which I see here are not from the residents. The washing machines are only 4 (usually non-functional) for the entire property of 7 floor. There rental agreement & residence policy are not transparent & times the the staff's themselves lack knowledge. The food lacks taste even after giving feedback on the resident app & complaining to the concerned residence captains(RC). You get to see the RC's only during the rent collection time of the month. Rest days either they'll be sleeping in the room or chit-chatting near the tea-shop nearby. The parking lot is a mess. It's literally a dump yard. The property has 2 lifts which frequently get to repair. (1-2 days in a week) The sale team & operations team lack co-ordination in keeping the commitment giving while on-boarding (both in terms of amenities and policy) Note: This is review is only w.r.t Stanza Living - Portland House, Gota, Ahmedabad. TO be honest I have friends in other stanza living property who are not finding an issues.
Best place to stay for tenants. Stanza Living is suitable for all and I highly preferred it to corporate and working people. With all premium amenities they are providing best service, best in price also taking care of all hygiene concern. Their rent is started from 9999 per month will all inclusion.

I stay here, good is good, but staff is not that reactive, faced an issue while onboarding, but got resolved lately, Hygiene is moderate, similar to cleanings. But currently the best offered at this price point in nearby 15km areas
The services which are mention in the page are true they have good management but you can't get your security deposit money back on time. I am chasing there operation team for my security amount but still there is no proper response from there side. According to their policy you will get your security deposit amount back after 45 days from the day your contract will end. but today after three and a half month the security amount is not refunded to me and the worst part is you don't have any contact person to get the help to resolve this issue. House captains are helping till you are in the house and after that they will only pass the ball in the operation department. so everything is good but you can't trust them form your Money.
