Stanza Living Perugia House - Girl's Hostel in New Delhi, Delhi - East, India

Nice place to stay. Good management & food. Ambience of this PG & overall stanza living is very good. Will recommend this place to check out if you are planing to move in PG.

We went to this PG they made us look around and told us that there is only one vacancy left then made us wait 3 hours for the room lead by a lot of excuses for delay and then casually told us that there is no vacancy we gave it to someone else. The rooms were so suffocating and the mess was just a room kitchen on rooftop with not so good food informed to us by many students and no place to sit and eat. The worst experience ever wasted our whole one day.

One of the best properties for girls in Laxmi Nagar and Nirman vihar

This pg is under the stanza chain and the stanza living Perugia house is in laxmi nagar only for girls pg, price is little high but they deserve the price for providing that much facilities, 24hrs security and delicious and healthy food , amazing atmosphere for girls.

If I could give 0 stars I would have. Worst experience ever got, this is not about staff or behaviour or cleaning or that sort ; The review is not about the property or Room, it's about Stanza Living business operations. I had booked a room tour with Stanza living and given a so called token money whatever, It amounted Rs.1000 as i was not aware of the city And I needed a place to stay I found Stanza living quite right through Website , now i got email for confirmation that room tour is booked and rs.1000 is received but I did not got call from anyone nor sales team nor support team nor operations team which was disappointing as i had few questions to ask and nobody to reach. I called the Stanza business no. Given from that conformation email and they reverted that the city department/place i was about to visit will call you, and i did not got the call for about 3weeks , but as i was about to shift, I had bound to go to that place so I went to the place and got welcomed by humble staff but then comes the actual part not the staff but the person who was supposed to carry forward the transaction and all told me that there are hidden fees and all which was not informed by anyone beforehand, and I had not got any extra finance with me that time so I decided to not to stay there and so as promised that the money is fully refundable will be given to me within 15 days (according to the policy), WHICH I DIDN'T GOT UNTIL THIS DATE, THEY WON'T PROVIDE YOU UPDATE FOR REFUND PROCESS NOR THEY WILL GIVE YOU ANY CONTACT TO UNDERSTAND OUR CONCERNS . THIS WAS ONE OF THE MOST STRESSFUL EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER GOT FROM A ACCOMMODATION COMPANY. I would not recommend you to pay some xyz money before you tour the place you are about to stay and have gone through a briefing on what will be chargeable and what not. But i must say this is not the bestest pg I have experience as this Stanza markets itself. I don't think so that they will revert back or solve the refund issue anytime soon or maybe not, I am writing this so that No-one else goes through the same trouble as i have gone through here.

They are NOT at all trustworthy. Please do not preregister. I pre registered for myself through one of their staff members, she was very convincing on the phone call , confirming me that there is room availble , but when i visited their property , they said there is no room available since march .For refund also they asked me to mail but no reply for the mail as well and they are saying it will take 45 days to return mere 500 rs. PLEASE DO NOT FALL FOR SUCH BRAND NAMES. First visit the property then only pay any money.

I stayed in stanza for 4 months and I had a lot of bad experiences, first of all they didn't inform us about extra electricity charges and maintainance charge, they gave us good food in the beginning and it got worse day by day, the staff there also started getting involved in private matters . The resident staff was very rude to the other people working there. I have left stanza last month and now they are not returning my SD. VERY DISAPPOINTED AT SUCH A HUGE SECTOR.
