Stanza living is the most Worst place to live.I have stayed there in month of June 2023 they took deposit amount 4000 and they told that Money will get refunded whenever contract is ended until now money is not refunded. Worst management that I have never seen before and that too when I called the sales person, he is not responding So kindly suggest the people not opt for stanza living because they are cheating the students and doing Money scam.
Palma house is different from all houses My Resident captian varun sir is awesome . He help me in every situation like when i need food , any issues in the house he resolved very fast.. love u varun sir.

Guys Trust me they have lot of hidden charges apart from mentioned in website. 10000 - Advance , of which 6000 is Non refundable and remaining 4k is refundable only if you stay 6 months. Rent of 8800 Aprx 9k . Does it really worth!!!!
Made my cousin to join later got to know that no unlimited food is provided food Is provided in the form of packed packet and I think if asked they might say due to corona and all that they are maintaining safety no transport available meanwhile others hostels like provide transportation facility with in 6-7k and these people are charging 7-8k
Cockroach s in food mainly in sambar good is poisonous no hygiene always repair s and faults in building very bad support by management
