Absolute trash of a place. Not worth the money you pay as rent. There is a new issue every week and they won't even bother to fix it. The management is so bad that they keep blaming someone else whenever you go to them with the issue. There are frequent power cuts in this area and these ppl do not have a proper backup and last month they even failed to pay the owner the rent which resulted in them shutting down the power supply. The food here is below par level and definitely not worth the money you are paying and even after continuous complaints it only got worse. A/Cs do not work properly and no step has been taken to fix them. You can find worms and insects in the water tank. The only good thing about this place is the locality. It is in the centre of the city and the connectivity is good. If you are ready to compromise your health and peace of mind to reduce travel time then this place is for you!!

I have been staying for past one year here food is very bad don't believe here RC and RM Course. room is not good for the amount you are paying for the room rent and food is not worth, requesting you may ask then why you are staying the reason behind the staying is security deposit so requesting to not to come to this resident house

It's right opposite to D.G Vaishnav College. Good PG has all the facilities good for college students and also for working professionals.Its a unisex stay and worth it and also one of the good restaurant near it is Being BBQ it's affordable and taste is really good.

I have stayed here for 2 months and after that I vacated .Food quality will be average only and will be kept in limited quantity. Lift will not be working properly.Not worthy for the amount they are charging.Also they will lock you by making you to pay the 1st month and last month rent as advance along with deposit amount , so that they will not return you any money if you vacate before your contract period .Kindly avoid getting locked in these kind of pgs.

Good place to stay in the city, expensive if compared to what is provided. Tiny rooms, yes clean and arranged, separate wardrobes and study tables for every tenants, common water vending area in every floor and cafeteria, common space included board games, which can be fun during boring evenings. It's a old building tough, plumbing, washrooms can give you a bit of stress at times, oh! The water availability can be big challenge at certain times during summer months. Rest for quality of good, homely and tasteful. Good culture and manager to ensure you have an enjoyable stay.

Worst food worst service no power tiny room ac over charging at last they will justify that this the most valuable property and no issues will not happen in future. Will be the first person to question any negative review on google and never bother to correct it. Please never believe advertisement and never fall for them

If You had more money to waste and live in a worst place and with a worst response and electricity problem and spoiled food and take it easy reaction for each and every problem from the responsible person in the name of RESIDENCE CAPTAIN and CLUSTER MANGER and So on Personals working in this STANZA LIVING, you can able to stay here without any negotiation. Nice place to stay ..and also clothes washing using washing machine and a.c available.foods are cooked freshly..and they have the lift services.
