Worst property to stay. Utmost unprofessionalism from staff and management. Better to invest your money rather than losing it here. If you love staying in swimming pool- it can be a best place to be.

One will not get their money's worth. The amenities that they have promised aren't available, most of the times. The stuff is incompetent. They are rude and disrespectful whenever one addresses the problem. They make fake promises about a lot of things. The female staff members are not of any help, because of which the female residents feel uncomfortable constantly in the presence of male staff members.

I had one of the worst experiences here. First of all, the onboarding process. Due to their lack of communication and not guiding the students with the proper details, I had to wait for almost a day to get my room keys after reaching there even though i paid the advance rent. Furthermore, the common room was so unhygienic and the food was uncooked most of the times; the taste was really bad and that's why many students didn't even prefer to eat, the insects were spotted in the food thrice by me and other students and when complained the staff took no actions. Due to bad quality of food, I suffered from severe food poisoning and for the entire night i kept on vomitting but no medical help was given to me. When my parents called the wardens at midnight, they did not pick up the phonecall and gave excuses the next day. I had to rush to my hometown the very next day. When my parents asked to meet the management staff and talk about the refund process, they neglected and gave a very bad response. Along with all of this, the services that they promised to provide weren't provided either. The laundry ruined our clothes, wifi and lifts never worked, the water wasn't purified well as well as the safety services. Just a waste of money. Wouldn't even rate it as a one star hostel.

Hi Sir/Ma'am, There is lots of noise made by the residents overe here...As my room happens to be just above the common area, i can clearly happen to here all the noises. Even after repeated complaints no action has been taken by anyone. Even right now when i am writing this at 4:20 i can here them talking clearly. If needed cameras can be checked. I have issues with sleeping so this is hampering my studies. I wanted to move out but you are not even allowing that. When i came here to look for a room i was told that there would be different timings for eating for boys and girls and there will be no noise issues. When the dinner timings are till 9:30 i can still here voices till 11:00 and till 12, today was Height. It's 4 in the morning and i have to write this. Option of changing rooms is being given to me but for that also you are charging high. I selected this room because i could afford it and because i was given assurance that no noise will be there but i am having issues everyday and you guys are not ready to help or adjust in any ways. If this keeps on happening i will start complaining every where now. As i am experiencing heavy loss in my studies.

If you are looking for the best place to live near NMIMS College than I would suggest you go with this place called Stanza living. *Stanza Living* is a reputed accommodation provider in Mumbai.They have multiple accomodations in this area plus they have various occupancy, good place to live but also a lot of free add ons be it healthy and delicious meals, Professional housekeeping, Laundry services.

After extensive research in vile parle/juhu area for accomodation of my brother who has taken admission in NM college, I came across this property. Undoubtedly, this has to be the most Professionally managed hostel in whole of mumbai. The students staying here will surely get an environment that doesn't feel like a typical boring hostel as well a good studying atmosphere. All other hostel are overcrowded with triple and 4 sharing rooms where students might face difficulty in study during exams.

The set up for india vs pakistan match was really good also snacks were provided. Suraj sir is the one of the best person that one can come across in thier life

Worst place to live. There are no facilities. Be it laundry, hygienic food, cleaning, rodents, responsible wardens. Even the ceiling falls. Wouldn't recommend even visiting it.
