Food is good for North-east people as well. The Internet is bad, Jio network is not working there.

This is the worst place and I had the worst experience The water is not good you will lose you're hair and the food is just like poison Many people are sick due to the maintenance. They will not give the deposit back and you have to chase them for money. They won't spare you, all they want is money money money. The staff is completely rude and even if we approach with something, they would first ask did you pay the rent? I mean who does not?

Paid via Stanza app Rs. 5000 as token advance on Sep,14,2022, to book a available "Single Room" in the Stanza Living Melville House, Hyderabad with a start date of Oct 1, 2022. When I reached the PG on Oct 01, 2022, the Staff there said that no Single Room is available. I had raised a ticket for refund of my token advance of Rs.5000 on the app, but Stanza is refusing to give it back saying it is forfeited. Only God knows why is MY money forfeited when they fail to deliver the room booked by me. This is a classic case of Cheating. Beware of these Corporate styled fraudsters. The app is only a way to make money for fictitious rooms, I wonder how many have been cheated this way and the kind of Money Laundering done by these guys. ------ Update on 1-Dec-2022: Response to Stanza Living comment: My ticket IDs: a) SL-6542, closed without discussion/resolution on 20-Nov-22. b) SL-6497, closed without discussion/resolution on 19-Nov-22. c) AL-89655, closed without discussion/resolution on 16-Nov-22. d) AL-72816, closed without discussion/resolution on 04-Oct-22. Since I was NEVER your resident, I was NEVER issued a Resident Card. Hope this helps for a resolution! -------------- Update on 2-Dec-2022: Call with Uday, the Stanza sales person who lead me to this disaster. Stanza is not giving back the money because- SURPRISE !!! He found a lousy place for me to stay in another property, 2 MONTHS AFTER I was supposed to move in!!!! Rubbish logic!!! No answers given on why advance was taken for room that doesn't exist. This is the same person who wouldn't take calls for weeks to avoid questions. These guys are not logical and absolutely callous attitude, since they know that they can keep doing their illegal and unethical practices to mint money until a higher power intervenes.

Beware of this scam . I have recently tried to make booking for September stay and this has became a worst nightmare. First they asked me to pay 3000 as booking amount to generate visiting card which I have done immediately as I am staying out of hyd . I got another call in next 5 mins saying that due to technical issue they are unable to generate visiting slip and if I transfer 6000 more they will generate and refund back amount in next 10 mins which I had done immediately. They started their own game in next minutes when one of the operation guy named mari swamy called and asked for again 18000 as he was facing another tecnical issue which I denied to pay and said I will come and meet them at the location to verify the person . Post that they are not responding to calls emails and are not even returning my money. I have details of all call logs and screenshot of account holder . This is really serious and reflects of some dangerous scam .

Food quality and quantity not good rest things perfect Beds width is not good in all stanzas. After checkout not getting full security deposit even served proper notice period and no one taking care of it.

Please avoid this disaster. They will sell this like anything but once you talk about exit process nobody will respond. Its been a month now since I vacated giving them a one month notice but still the deposit is not refunded yet. Dropped them multiple emails but no response. PLEASE AVOID THIS. Avoid the headache.

Stanza Living offers an exotic ambience at just a decent price and I would like to appreciate the kitchen staff of this place. Excellent food. Great service. Courteous staff.

Good pg to stay provided with all the amenities. Especially food menu is very nice here good.
