The worst place to ever stay at , there is literally no power backups, frequent electric cuts , wifi gets cut off ,washing machine has been broken for almost a month , even basic necessities like providing induction for food is not available, all the amenities are in a pathetic state, there is no response from the Stanza resident captain. We've have been requesting to fix all the utilities for almost a month and there has been no response from the resident captain, there has been incidents of fungus being collected near garbage . We have asked multiple times to fix the issue but there has been zero initiation. The most vulgar and unresponsive team of Stanza Mackay Living I've ever seen. Please kindly fix this issue
Yes true they are froud company will eat upp ur prebooked money and wont return and they don't have business athics when visiting property they will say it full and wont return your prebooked amount next time when I will reach the property I will do an Facebook Live and expose them for theird cheating

If you have any complaint regarding their services they'll ask you to Raise a complaint on app & they themselve will close that complaint from Their end without solving their problem. They think no one is above them. Moreover my experience was very bad. You can find very good places in this budget.
Stanza living is one of the best hostel in relevant area it's provide a healthy food and perfect living for who are far away from their hometown
they will scam you of 1000 rupees, they will say they booked a room for you then when you actually go there the room will already be booked and they will not refund the 1000 you paid , dont go here , happened to me and 5 others i know
