I visited this place in July 2023 for my sister. The staff was exceptionally courteous and well-mannered. They strictly adhere to protocols, using clear guidelines. The young Resident Captain impressed with experience and politeness, effectively managing the property. Though changes occur over time, the dedicated service remains commendable.
Worst place to live in for students in Vadodara. They lie to you on call, never inform you that you have to pay for AC separately even after paying extra rent. Website states they have spacious cupboard and its a big room. Nope, it's a tiny space where three people are somehow adjusting. No almirah, the word spacious is no where to be found. They are refusing to refund my token amount. I highly suggest to look somewhere else, they are money hungry people, they won't even return your security deposit. Do yourself and your parents a favour and don't live here.

The best accommodation for youngsters! Take one look at the place and you will know why. I was sold from the first time I checked out their website. Been a resident for the last 3 months and I can say the experiece has been beyond my expectations.
I only moved here in second year and I can't believe I didn't come here ealier. Compared to my last PG this place is much much better. Of course some issues will arise but you just need to complain via their app and they will fix it. Last place used to take months to fix any small thing also.
