As per PG rate it is not upto mark. Internet facility worse even though they claim best. Food Quality is inadequate as you cannot digest easily though they provide variety Room cleaning does not happened regularly No pest control as you will find cockroach every where in your room. TV and setup box is there but not functioning even it was told that It will work. Most important the management only promises just like politics that you will have all facilities just to enroll you post that they will not even respond. This is my genuine review whether to believe me or believe them is your choice

Good PG, I joined when it was only womens PG now it's turned to become a coliving space and at night it's too noisy. Food is decent and housekeeping are polite.

I am writing this review to express my utmost disappointment and frustration with the service provided by Frankfurt Stanza Living. My experience with this accommodation has been nothing short of a nightmare, and I feel compelled to share my ordeal to prevent others from enduring a similar situation. I had made a booking for a double sharing room at Frankfurt Stanza Living and paid a total amount of 23000 INR (6000 as an advance and the balance starting on 1st June). However, despite the payment, the onboarding process was never completed. I requested a refund for the rental amount, not the booking amount itself, as per the agreement. However, their response stated that the booking amount is non-refundable, disregarding my legitimate concerns. It is essential to note that I requested the refund on 30th May, a day before my check-in date of 1st June. What further exacerbates my frustration is the complete lack of communication from Frankfurt Stanza Living. It has been eight days since I raised the initial ticket, and I have yet to receive any response or resolution to my concerns. This blatant disregard for customer satisfaction and their failure to address my issues in a timely manner is unacceptable. If this situation persists and my concerns continue to be ignored, I will have no choice but to explore legal actions to protect my rights as a consumer. It is unfortunate that it has come to this point, as I genuinely hoped for a prompt and amicable resolution. I strongly advise potential tenants to reconsider their decision to choose Frankfurt Stanza Living as their accommodation provider. Their disregard for customer satisfaction, unprofessionalism, and lack of response are indicative of a business that does not value its customers.

Food quality is not good, rest room n all is nice

STANZA IS MOST UNPROFESSIONAL PG EVER!!!!! I CAN'T put enough stress on how much TROUBLE STANZA HAS CAUSE ME!!!! They don't pay your deposit over a month...and they don't even bother to respond. They give back half of your deposit only without any explanation.... FOOD QUALITY IS WORST! I found cockroaches in food and also the food has been dtale mny time...i have all pictures of the same. The WORST IS THE CARETAKER.... Super unprofessional...There is a caretaker named Rekha who is the most unprofessional when it comes to solving disputes, she does not answer calls, won't give any explanation about why the deposit is refunded only half! And also most of the staff's behaviour IS RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. And trust me..... YOU WONT GET A VALID RESPONS (except for the automated ones which are again...useless) IF YOU EVER EMAIL THEM ON THEIR OFFICIAL MAIL ID. They are so unprofessional.. I think it's better to take legal action against these fraudulent people!

I have been living in this property for 1 year now and i cant believe the management gets worse day by day . The wardens are very rude , impolite and uneducated. They will literally kick you out of the house at 2 in the morning if they find you living in any other property of stanza only . Even the food is equally bad . I have had food poisoning so many times just because i ate pg food . Initially they are very nice and sweet but the Warden holds personal grudges with many of the residents and isn't considerate at . A friend of mine , at 2 am in the morning her warden from the other property under stanza wasn't opening the door. So she asked if she can stay at the other property( Frankfurt) for one night with her friend . The Warden literally said that if she doesn't open i don't care . She cant stay here . Also definitely not worth the price and fame . The rooms are so small and suffocating .You will get to know once you visit this place . Do not fall under their false fame . Literally ask any student in Koramangala , they have the same negative experience with it .

Very well maintained property. Food is delicious

I've been staying here for 2 years now. The management is pathetic. They have no good will from their customers. My course gets over in 3 months and they are not letting me stay anymore. And Im finding it really really hard to find another PG in such a short span of time. They are very inconsiderate. Cannot be trusted at all. Do not be surprised if they tell you to vacate in the middle of the night. The marketing is done lavishly but they don't live up to their promises. Please don't come here. My resident ID is - 21ZRHAA027 Edit - Even after several weeks after giving my ID no contact was made. Nevertheless I spoke to some of the managers and extended my contract.
