Stanza Living Evanston House - Boy's Hostel in Ahmedabad - Ahmadabad, India

I did not stay at this place. But I visited here. This place is no way as it looks in pictures. Also they charge full but told me there is no AC. I don't know how brand like stanza is dealing like this and why there is no inspection from quality team of stanza. Very unhygienic. Not recommended at least this stanza living

It's good but for double sharing rooms are in the corridors. So no privacy

Wrost company ever........ I canceled my admission but they are not return my money and never received my call......they's employee are also behave rudely.......and also manager never give answer perfectly....

Rent is high!! Location & Infrastructure : Only thing I like about this stay is the location and the rooms. It is prime location and rooms are open for fresh air unlike some pgs where you will feel like inside a jail. Food :- They have more food options . Taste is somewhat okay. You get 4 times breakfast lunch snacks and dinner. Management:- We were 2 students who wanted to stay together. Salesman showed us a 3 sharing room we liked the room and agreed to stay in that room for 3 months . There were already 2 people staying in that room but they were not present. Knowingly or unknowingly the sales guy confirmed our room. After 5-6 days the other 2 guys came and we had to leave that room and shift our luggage and now we got to know that the room we are shifted in is also booked by others!! Wifi:- Your mobile internet is much better than stanza wifi. The wifi is limited 100gb per month if exhausted we have to pay for add on . About wifi speed it's only 10mbps only preferable for streaming

Fraud company!!! I reserved a bed through the app, made payment and it was through, and there was no receipt or booking in my name. I tried to reach the sales person and he forwarded me to helpline no. Which doesnt even exist. Now my money is stuck and no one is returning the amount. This is a fraud scheme for new users.!!

Worst company ever...they are not refunding my money for the booking amount because booking was cancelled from their side since some. Till now no positive action has been taken by the company.They are not even answering call properly due to this. Salesperson does not even attend call.

I have stayed in Evanston House for the past 7 months. I would like put forward my honest review about the property and its services Let's consider the student is paying about 13000 a month for the services of stanza, his expectations would be that the there is nutritious food, good standard of living, proper internet connectivity. But Stanza disappoints on many of the services. -Food here is the worst, the menu changes every week but the taste, quality and the hygiene is below par. Their model is that they have a central kitchen which provides meals to all the properties, that indicates that the food is prepared well in advance and stored, which reduces the quality. -Personally, I would say that the food is the worst, no proper taste of the curries served, everyday the menu changes but the taste remains the same. They have a combo option which you'll have to select a day in advance and they serve that in a very limited quantity. -Whenever the residents raise this issue, the head chef comes down and tells us that everything will be better, then again same old story repeats. -Laundry Service is pathetic, the tell you that the clothes are taken twice a week, in reality they don't have fixed timetable of pick and delivery which is very unprofessional. The cloths are not washed properly and are just pressed. Personally had a very bad experience with my branded T-shirts which got spoiled and had strains. -Housekeeping, I would say they do a fair job in terms on maintaining the rooms and the property, but again their have been issues with the maintenance in respect to cleaning of rooms and common areas. -In terms of Internet Speed, as they claim it while you come into the property that's not the reality, but again it's restricted to 100GB a month and for 2 Devices. You'll have to pay extra for the additional usage. -Location is at a very good community which is a added advantage, close proximity to major places. Overall, the I would rate my stay as average, the expectations and the value of money isn't there for the amount you are going to pay. I suggest that they should improve their services and stop making false promises.
