It's fraud and a trap. They do not refund the money once paid. No where people take one month rent and security deposit costing around 36k even after letting them know the vacation date one year prior. Worst management. They are very reckless. Do not take any accountability. They do not answer your calls or messages after joining the place. They don't tell you all the nonsense rules before you join and they have an even horrendous agreement which favours only the management and not the resident. Agreement will be digitally signed by themselves. IT'S A SCAM. GO JOIN THIS PLACE AT ONLY YOUR OWN RISK! Even my sister had horrible experience. They did not refund her the the complete security deposit inspite of paying for the entire tenure. And when confronted for the same every person asked will redirect us to some other person and it's a vicious cycle and you get tired of it ultimately. They should all be behind the bars for the fraud they do. Do not get fooled by the fake reviews!! Beware of the so called sales staff! They stop answering you once you do the onboarding. Answer to the reply- You already are aware of my resident ID. Why are you asking for it as of you are hearing my issue for the first time. The present RC, the property manager and the sales staff are already aware of it. You first do your homework. Don't reply robot like replies as you do on your app and mails. It's frustrating!!

It's Very safe. The services were excellent and my sister and I were very content with the experience we got to share. Very clean as well. Highly recommend....

Worst pg you can ever look for with worst policies one could ever frame. All they can do is nice advertising and can convince people nothing else. The executive member are very rude and act as if they don't care. Never ever opt for stanza living. Absolutely no proper management. Not even worth your money.

It is a brand that caters to everyone's budget, and they are well-known for their excellent service and high quality. I love the fact that they keep their community entertained by organizing time to time events and gaming tournaments

It's a girl's P.G the rent is around 15.5 k with GST n all facilities are so cool u can say it's your second Home,U can contact KRISHNA the Sales person he'll Help u Out

I had a lovely time here, especially with the activities that they do from time to time - it was a great chance for us to meet new people and relax. Stanza living was certainly a one-of-a-kind experience

It is one of the worst hostel I have seen. My sister had faced lot of problems after joining in this hostel. They were stopped responding once after joining to our calls. So, I sincerely request you to search some other better option. Don't trust the words of THARAN sales staff.

Don't join in this pg. I have terrible experiences hear. Before joining I advise you not to join here cuz the management response is one of the most terrifying thing have faced. Don't trust the words of PUSHKAR the manager. He will assure u that he take cares of everything but, in reality he even won't answer ur calls after joining. So please search another option before entering Bangalore.
