I have been living in Acapulco House of Stanza living for almost a month house and I feel it's one of best houses of Stanza near Reva college. The rooms are clean and spacious and the food is also very good. It is much peaceful and less noisy than other houses like Newport. The staff is also very friendly, and the RC incharge is very helpful and friendly. He is always ready and willing to help you with your problems. The building currently has 6 floors, with a functional lift and 24/7 power backup. The wifi speed is also fast with 75 GB data per month for each person.
They are fully equipped with everything a person would need, being away from home like comfortable rooms, housekeeping and laundry services, interactive areas, high-speed internet, 3-tier security, hygienic and healthy food and so much more.
3rd class service they're providing to students. Even the cluster manager response is also bad. Cluster Manager (Prashad) treating students like client. Even he don't know what he's doing here, no talking sense. I suggest don't book Stanza if you want to live peaceful. Why I'm telling that because once you done contract they'll not cancel even though we're not comfortable with stanza we have to stay there until contact period got over. If you want to cancel Contract in between then they'll not give you advance rent and deposit money. Think once before selecting stanza.
I am having a really great experience in Stanza,Acapulco house.The rooms are clean and the food is great.The people who look after the house are so friendly and hard working.The RC incharge Rakhesh is very helpful and he have a likeable personality. As a person who is far away from home,i really felt safe and i have enjoyed it so far.
Most people go in for local PGs or hostels because they think that it will be cheaper than the organised ones, but that is not the case. Accommodation companies like Stanza Living are offering a wide variety of services at an affordable rent.
This is Prithwi Raj Saha from 2nd year BBA from Reva University. This is my 1st time in PG Stanza, I was not sure how would be the people of here and how will be the behaviour of the staff. But after coming in this property and after meeting Rakesh Rajput The RC of this property I was totally happy and satisfied with his behaviour, the way he talks and his hospitality. He is very kind and has a very friendly nature. These qualities are very less in the rest of people. I was about to shift in other property but I knew i would not get such a person like him, so I am continuing staying here.
These pg was good with good facilities, Rakesh bhai(RC) was a nice person with friendly nature, hope these will continue through out our contact period
Overall its good with decent rooms and even the RC RAKESH treats students well also the response of Rc is best don't believe in fake posts.....
