Stanza Living Cardiff House - Boy's Hostel in New Delhi, Delhi - East, India

Literally tried for 3 days to get details about place but damn horrible backend support. Even contact mentioned said that he doesn't work here. No one reverts calls. Can't hope for any further services. Even sells team is this horrible what their daily service would be like.

Stanza Living Cardiff House is amazing PG in Laxmi Nagar ... service is to good nd food quality is like home made... Nd stanza living is providing his own mobile app for all the access... You can choose ur breakfast ur meal preference all u can operate through app ...Nd meal and room cleaning will also include in the rent only electricity bill u need to pay as per ur usage ... Laundry service nd security is very discipline... Nd all r including in buget of 9k + gst but this Pg is best for another just bcz of his service, discipline, nd security... Nd just waking distance market , metro , hospital, hotels are available... Nd his PG care taker Mr Rishabh is gently handling all the maintenance... nd provide best service... if this pg is discipline so region is Mr Rishabh... Nd Mr Satish guard of this Pg is very polite & humble person ... M nt living in Stanza live actually my Best Buddy (Mr Vikash Singh) living in this Pg nd dats y m visiting most of the time ...

Bathrooms are very dirty, table chairs are mostly broken n old . Rooms are also very dirty like its being many years that has having white wash or painting.

This is the best property to live in Laxmi nagar, really liked the experience. Thanks stanza living

"WORST EXPERIENCE" For me, the experience was very bad. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. This place is expensive and doesn't provide the quality for the money we pay. This place has a minimum of a 3-month contract, so if you are a person who is going to live for less than 3 months, don't live here as they won't return the security money. This place is follows "CAPITALISM MODEL" and only wants money and doesn't care about the residents. Cardiff House's manager (Rishab Dixit) was very rude and unhelpful in many instances, and did show favoritism towards residents and didn't treat anyone equally. Many people can agree with this "FACT." The manager also allocates the wrong rooms in the first place, and then it causes inconvenience to the residents because they have to shift from one room to another. Things they show are glorious on their website through photos, but the reality is something else. 1. The building has "LIFT," but it doesn't work on most days. 2. They give you a "Washing Machine". Same case as the lift. It won't work on most days. 3. They give you "Wi-Fi", but it only has a limit of 75GB, and after that, you will have to recharge again from your pocket. So, if you are a student who needs Wi-Fi for the whole day, then consider this fact. 4. They give you "Delicious Food." The food is very bad, and there is a limit on the quantity of food for every person. 5. The rooms have no "VENTILATION", which makes the rooms very suffocating, which they don't mention anywhere on their website, so if you are a student who is going to stay the whole day, then do consider this fact. 6. They don't provide you with the option of choosing single or double occupancy. There is only double occupancy. Even if your roommate is dirty, you will have to put up with him. 7. They show different "PRICE" on the website, and when you visit, they will tell you a different price. 8. The night shift security guard always sleeps with the gate open, allowing anyone to enter at any time. 9. The app through which you will pay your electricity bill only takes a minimum of Rs 300, not less than that. I would say, stay in a less expensive PG with fewer facilities, but not in an expensive one where most of the facilities don't work.

Visited this place,small rooms and asked more price. Be aware most reviews are fake.

Helpful and Pretty decent place, but the location needs getting used to. Bang in the middle of a noisy market. highly recommend
