You're gonna get scammed. Some of the 5 star ratings here are from the Stanza employees. Anyway, it's been 1 yr and they haven't returned my security deposit yet. While I stayed there, the food was horrible. It was decent in the beginning and got bad as days passed by. And there are definitely better PGs out there for lesser rent AND at least they don't scam you the way Stanza does

absolute worst pg i've stayed in so far. they're greedy and desperate for money, but the services they provide are not at all worth the money we pay. there is no in house kitchen and the food comes from elsewhere, so it's always cold and hard. the disgusting part is, the quantity of food you can take is calculated and you cannot ask for more. you cannot ask for extra sugar, extra pickle, nothing lol. you won't get proper hot water sometimes too. wifi doesn't work properly most of the time. the house keeping people keep changing almost every month and they're not even good at their job. the warden or the "resident captain" on the other hand is clueless and utterly useless.

I cannot even begin to say how disrespectful and just utterly unfair Stanza Living is with money. I remember when I was looking for a place to stay, Srushti B showed me the place quite nicely and was supportive with transactions and rooms. Cut to the day I moved in, apparently their contract is not editable and even when I had clearly mentioned I am going to stay for 5 months, The contract showed 1 year. Upon asking about this they asked me to not worry and it doesn't matter and they grabbed my phone and just said "sign here, I'll do it for you" as quickly as possible. For the whole 5 months of my stay, they constantly insisted me to give a 5-star rating on Google, which I have on several occasions out of pure decency, but I shouldn't have in the first place. Now it has been close to 2 months since I have moved out, and these suportive employees of Stanza Living are nowhere to be found and my security deposit is just stuck there. I just want to say, money does not grow on trees. Have some respect, and do business fairly. We understand your end goal is doing business, but making just money and not caring about consumers is not going to sit well with the consumers.

BE AWARE!!! This is the biggest scam in the name of luxurious and affordable Pg. You can understand the depth of situation when an introvert like me could post it. There are options for stay of 3 months, 3-6 months on app but in reality they don't provide any of those services. I'm a working professional and I've been agreed upon a stay of 6 months by the executive and the terms of returning back our security deposit whenever we leave given we notify them a month early. But when asked for the same they respond my lock-in period not served (which they made as 1 year without our notice). Added they also have my last month rent which is around 12k, so totally I've been looted of 22k. This isn't just a small amount which I can ignore by, only hardworking can understand the value of it. And all the 'good' reviews are given by their employees,so DO NOT fall for it. There is no in-house kitchen and the foods mostly hard and cold. The room is rather small and we need to share a wardrobe on each side. The staff keeps changing almost every month. The app is always glitching and there's no point in placing your food order when there's plenty of food wastage. This problem isn't just faced by me but many others so BE AWARE!!!

Absolutely Horrible On-Boarding Experience! It's a bloody SCAM! The team that on-boarded my profile, gave me false information basis which I already paid Rs60,000! On checking the agreement norms, I realized that the minimum service term for last month rent wasn't as per what was communicated with me. When I connected with them, they repeatedly insisted on signing the agreement. "We have spoken to the higher management and made an exception for Anamur House," he said. When I continued insisting on giving it in writing via email, their boss comes back saying there is no such exception! With this kind of service especially for new comers to the city, your Stanza name does not hold any kind of credibility and stands on the grounds of sheer fake commitments and fake promises. Requesting anyone coming to the city to never trust Stanza at any cost! *P.S: It's been 6 days that I responded on mail, called all the customer care. I haven't received a single response

Nice atmosphere, peaceful weather and cool place

At first, this pg was good but later when I left the pg and asked for a security deposit to refund I did get any response regarding that. It's been almost 2 months since I left the pg and I still haven't gotten the refund. Don't choose to stay here.
