I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Stanmore Bungalow Resort and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm smiles and excellent customer service. The resort is nestled amidst lush greenery, providing a serene and peaceful ambiance. The bungalows are beautifully designed, capturing the essence of nature while still offering modern amenities. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained, ensuring a comfortable stay. The highlight of my stay was the picturesque surroundings. The resort is located near a shimmering lake and offers breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains. It provides the perfect setting for relaxation and rejuvenation. I spent hours lounging by the pool, enjoying the tranquility of the resort. Location was really nice with surrounding tea estate view & birds singing. Its a perfect spot to stay with family. Service was very good. Food taste awesome, little bit costly. Don't miss their morning nature walk and Tea factory visit. Property is very old, but they are maintaining it well, don't expect restroom to be too perfect.

The Location of the property lies in middle of Stanmore Tea plantation with lavish greenery to eyesight and peaceful atmosphere for soulful heart. The warm welcoming call from Mr. Roger before reaching made us extremely surprised and the gesture of receiving us apparently mind blowing. The room was accomplished with modern traditional interior, and the Patio was extremely curved to admire the fabulous scenic vision of Anamalai forest range of Western Ghats and Landscape of tea plantation. The morning sunrise which captured from our room would be one of the most memorable events and spending time rejuvenate our energy. The activity of visiting a private riverside with the staff Mr. Manimaran, absolutely entertained us and we had an adventurous event with wild animals too, which he guided accordingly had to be appreciated. One of the foremost reason for enjoying this stay belongs to none other, its only to catering team. The each and every person who involved in preparing of delicious menu, cooking with dedication and serving with whole heartly, its amazing and delightful. The effect of Chefs, which they exhibits on peculiar dishes seems to be tremendous. The multi - range of dishes made our palate with flavorful taste. I really want to thank Mr. Arjun for his attentiveness and hospitality. The morning nature walk, guided by Mr. Mohan and Mr. Muneeswaran was totally pleasant and pleasure of watching birds and wild animals. The Vintage bungalow with games and the conversation of ancient things drives us to the excitement and enormous past thoughts. The resort of 7th heavenly land with excellent ambiance and amenities which meets all your expectations. I would like to thank all the staffs who made my stay lovely and blissful. Hope we will meet you all soon with my family again !

We stayed in Chalet rooms, which has excellent views, overall a beautiful property with great food. They arrange a small trek to a nearby river, which one should not miss.

This is a great place for nature lovers, lesser known so it is undisturbed. The private access to the river is just amazing. Food is decent. They need to introduce more books, games snd add swings for sure.

A British tea estate's General Manager 's bungalow converted into a hotel/ stay. Superb rooms and great service. Vintage rooms with excellent furniture. Gives you a Raj feeling. Package includes breakfast and dinner. Nature walk is the not to miss activity. Recommended for family and friends

Peaceful place with exceptional view, property is maintained very clean, great food, courteous staff. If you are staying in this property please don't miss the morning nature walk (and the cup of lemon tea served after the walk) and the visit to river ( we couldn't go to the river since it was raining). The only downside: Felt the price is slightly high, and though the the website offers 2 options one with 2 times food and the other with 3 times food we weren't informed of it during booking.

We recently visited the Stanmore Garden bungalow and we have booked wooden Chalets, the room was good and clean with a view of tea valleys. The staff was very good and cooperative. Food was also good.
